Janice Soprano. In episode no. 25, 'The Knight In White Satin Armor,' Richie struck Janice during an argument. Without a word, she walked out of the room, returned with a gun, and fired a round into Richie's chest. He died almost instantly.
Both. Tony and Pussy both emptied their guns into young Matthew.
Christopher Moltisanti. Christopher did not go along when Tony, Paulie and Silvio took Pussy out on the final boat ride of his life.
