Janice Soprano. In episode no. 25, 'The Knight In White Satin Armor,' Richie struck Janice during an argument. Without a word, she walked out of the room, returned with a gun, and fired a round into Richie's chest. He died almost instantly.
Both. Tony and Pussy both emptied their guns into young Matthew.
