Tuffy. Tuffy, aka Nibbles, was referred to as Jerry's nephew only once, in "Life With Tom".

"Puss Gets The Boot". Mammy-Two-Shoes is the owner of Tom. After she appeared in several episodes, the black maid was forced to be taken out of the show, and replaced by a white maid due to complaints of racism. Viewers hardly got the chance to see Two-Shoe’s face, but in “Part Time Pal” things changed.
Jerry. Muscles appeared in just one episode, “Jerry’s Cousin”. Muscles is very strong and is dressed like a 1930 gangster, and scares Tom every time he approaches him.
