Deep Throat. Deep Throat was Mulder's first informant. He first appeared in 'Deep Throat,' the second episode of The X-Files to be aired. He was later killed in the first season's season finale, 'The Erlenmeyer Flask.' His dying words are memorable, 'Trust no one.'
massive heart attack. William Scully, Sr. died of a massive heart attack. Dana Scully was told he had died by a phone call from her mother. William's funeral was dramatic and eerie as 'Beyond The Sea' was playing and his ashes were scattered into the sea.

Mitch Pileggi. Apparently Chris Carter and the rest of "The X-Files" team didn't see this movie. It wasn't Mitch's fault, but it was a pretty bad horror movie.
Dennis-Denise. David Duchovny played the cross-dressing cop, Dennis-Denise on "Twin Peaks".
