Geri Halliwell. I did not believe that this song would be on a 'DDR' game!
4 - Superior. Yes, this widely abused song is four steps worth of difficulty, and has many places to spin, making it challenging for rookies and fun for veterans. Quite possibly why the song is played so often.
De-Sire. The artist/group that made "Trip Machine" created the relaxing "Healing Vision", and in case you were wondering, 2MB made the Angelic Mix.
f. True, Maniac and Heavy are the same thing, both being the hardest difficulty possible. However, Difficult is the medium difficulty level, with Standard and Expert as the alternatives.
Other dance-type video games also involve stepping on buttons with arrows on them. Some have four buttons, some have five, while others have as many as eight. How many does "Dance Dance Revolution" have? | "Dance Dance Revolution" For Beginners
|
Four. "Dance Dance Revolution" has buttons for the four cardinal directions: Left, Right, Up, and Down.
9 - Catastrophic. The toughest difficulty that could be given to a song was nine steps, and when a song was listed as having nine steps of difficulty, there was usually a good reason why. I just made up a name for the ten steps, but if there's an actual name for them, I'd like to know.
Kneedrop. True to its name, it's called the Kneedrop, but 'Suicide!' is definitely an accurate description if you drop too hard...
What song was made by 180, has a difficulty rating of six steps on Basic/Light/Standard, and has had numerous remixes by other artists and groups with numbers in their names? | "Dance Dance Revolution" For Beginners
|
Paranoia. "PARANOiA" was one of "Dance Dance Revolution's" more difficult songs. It soon spawned a whole legion of remixes and variations by artists and groups with numbers in their names, such as "PARANOiA EVOLUTION" by 200, "PARANOiA Rebirth" by 190', and "PARANOiA KCET" by 2MB.
"Ninzaburo". "Romancu no Kami-sama" is "God Of Romance" by Judy Crystal, "Odaru Ponpokolin" is "Dancing Ponpokolin" by Captain Jack, and "Kakumei" is just "Kakumei" by dj TAKA feat. Naoki. Meanwhile, "Ninzaburo" is "Furuhata's Theme". Even the background pictures for both titles look similar!
Everyone knows the 'Yoi! Yoi! Yoi! Yoi!' song by Re-Venge, right? Its real name was a Japanese symbol followed by the word Japan, so a great deal of people simply called it "Japan". Well smart guy, what's the full name of the song? | "Dance Dance Revolution" For Experts
|
"Matsuri Japan". This was a tricky question if you only played the arcade versions, but players of "Dance Dance Revolution KONAMIX" lucked out, because its full name is written in English in that version.
t. "Smoke" by Mr. Ed Jumps The Gun was a three-step difficulty rock song. Not that anybody cared, or currently cares, anyway...
260. "Drop Out" is 260 BPM and is, coincidently, made by NW260. The aptly named "Max 300" has a BPM of 300, 275 was a randomly-spawned number, and 7,500 is how many BPM Drop Out FEELS like.
"Afronova". Why Re-Venge felt the need to name that song "Afronova" is beyond me, but if you could stop laughing at the title long enough to actually play it, the song was quite challenging on Maniac/Expert/Heavy.
Maeda. Naoki isn't just a catchy label, it's his real first name!
