He'll let you name your weapon and armor.. Wayne never offers a healing service. He will give you a powerful weapon if you give him 300 Junks, but only in the Police Station Weapons Department. He simply allows you to name your currently equipped weapon and armor.

Wayne and Torres. Daniel and Ben are Aya's partner and his son, and don't appear in any other Squaresoft games as far as I know. Biggs and Wedge are in many of the "Final Fantasy" titles, as well as "Chrono Trigger", but aren't anywhere in "Parasite Eve". Warner and Nix are two detectives in Aya's precinct. Only Wayne and Torres appear in both titles: In "Parasite Eve", they are the two officers who are responsible for the Weapons Department, and in "Final Fantasy 9", they run a weapon forging shop in Lindblum.
