 Silent Hill Origins
Grady. Travis Grady is a trucker by profession, and the protagonist of "Silent Hill: Origins".
Harry Mason was the protagonist of "Silent Hill", while his daughter Heather was the protagonist of "Silent Hill 3".
James Sunderland took the lead role in "Silent Hill 2" and Henry Townsend was the main character in "Silent Hill 4: The Room".

"Let me burn". Travis breaks into the house and finds Alessa badly burnt upstairs. She asks him to let her burn, but Travis insists that she go with him, and proceeds to carry her out.

Male infirmary. The clues for this puzzle can all be found in the male seclusion area, but the puzzle itself is in the male infirmary. The interesting thing about this puzzle is that the player needs to pay special attention to the clues before attempting the puzzle, because there is some level of lateral thinking required here.

The Tempest. The characters described in the notes are Prospero, Ariel and Caliban, who are the major characters from Shakespeare's play "The Tempest". Alessa is said to have had a distinct dislike for the Caliban character. This is shown at the end of the theatre chapter, when she walks up to the defeated Caliban boss and kicks it.

Assault rifle. The hunting rifle is located at the theater in the long hallway at the back of the ground floor in the Otherworld. The shotgun can be found in the sanitarium, barring the doorway out of the patient belongings room, also in the Otherworld. The service pistol is inside the director's office in the theatre, but in the fog world.
Nurse. Lisa had worked as a nurse in Alchemilla Hospital and according to her so have her mother and grandmother. When Travis meets Lisa in the Theater she tries to seduce him but she was just pretending as she wanted to be an actor.
Near a burning house. Travis first saw Dahlia near the burning house, and as soon as she saw Travis she ran away. She is the mother of Alissa and is usually seen with a ceremonial robe and bare feet.
Flauros. Alessa was saved from a burning house by Travis Which was supposed to be a ritual to release the god inside her. The Flauros is a pyramid-shaped item that was put together from the pieces of each boss monster that Travis killed.
She tried to kill herself and Travis. Helen was sent to the Sanitarium after an attempt to kill her son because she that that he was a demon. At the Sanitarium she was seeing people in the mirrors and demanding to see her son.
500. Richard Grady is the father of Travis and the husband of Helen. He committed suicide after not being able to his wife for so long. When Travis visits the room in Otherworld, Richard mutates into a monster and is killed by Travis.

White Claudia. Dr. Kaufman appeared both on "Silent Hill Origins" and in "Silent Hill" game with Harry as the main character. By using the drug Dr. Kaufman used Lisa to look after Travis so he wouldn't get in the way of their ritual.
He is able to shift between worlds when ever he wants. With the help of Alessa, Travis is able to shift between the normal and Otherworld realms by using mirrors. The Otherworld is dark and violent counterpart of the normal world. The streets are replaced with metal grates there is a large amount of blood and gore almost everywhere.
In front of room 502. In order to meet Mira, one must complete the game once. Then hey must find the key to the room. A Manga-like cut-scene begins where Travis tries to open the door with the key but suddenly a UFO comes and Mira and an alien appears in front of Travis. Mira tells him that his truck is on their plant and offers him a ride to it.
He guts Travis like a fish. The Butcher impales Travis and and cuts downward as if he were gutting a fish. The Butcher is similar to the Pyramid Head from "Silent Hill 2" because he represents a feeling or memory of the protagonist.
Travis Grady. Travis makes a cameo appearance in a cut-scene right after the player finishes the hospital level. He has the same clothes as in "Silent Hill Origins" but has a full beard.
