Interesting Questions, Facts, and Information
Sly Cooper Games
Seven. In addition to the four central members of the Klaww gang,(Arpeggio, Rajan, Jean-Bison, and Dimitri), the Contessa and Constable Neyla are both secret members. Clock-la is also to be included. But, of course, they are both defeated in the end and all is well.
Prague. SPOILER TIME! As it turns out, the Contessa is a master of hypno-therapy, and her pioneering techniques earned her a position as a prominent prison warden. However, the frightening walls of her prison are just a coverup to the fact that she is hypnotizing criminals into telling her where they've stashed their loot!
The Klaww Gang. The Klaww gang consists of Dimitri; a Parisian money forger, Rajan; illegal spice lord, Jean-Bison; train baron and lumberjack extraordinaire, and Arpeggio the mechanical genius. There are also one or two secret members, but these aren't mentioned until later.
Constable Neyla. Inspector Fox allowed Constable Neyla to come with her on the stakeout as a favor to the Contessa, but the arachnid lady is no where in sight. After coming out of hiding, Constable Neyla drops a hint that it may have been the Klaww gang behind the theft of the Clockwerk parts.
Museum in Cairo. Sly and the gang attempt to steal the Clockwerk parts from the Museum, only to find that they have already been stolen. In her typical fashion, Inspector Fox thinks they are the culprits and a chase ensues.
The Krack-Karou Volcano, Russia. The Kunlun Mountains are the lair of the Panda King, Mz. Ruby hides in the Haitian Jungle, and Muggshot is in Mesa City. What leads Bentley to discover that Clockwerk's lair is in the Krack-Karou Volcano is the metal used in the high-tech blasting vehicles that Sly pilots in Mz. Ruby's and the Panda King's lairs, respectively.
Bentley the Turtle. This little shellhead's technical expertise helps to save Sly from a trap towards the end of "Sly Cooper and the Thievious Racoonus." As for the others- Murray is the brawn and driver for the gang, Sly is the master of stealth, and Carmelita isn't even a member of the gang (she's a cop that chases them).
It contains the Cooper clan's thieving secrets. This ancient book contains the secrets to the Cooper family's greatest moves; these include Rioichi Cooper's ninja spire jump, Tennessee Cooper's rail slide and rail walk, and Slytenkamen's invisibility technique. As for the bad guys owing Sly some money- nothing about that is mentioned, but he sure does seem to enjoy collecting their coins.
Raleigh the Frog; Welsh Triangle. Raleigh is the chief machinist for the Fiendish Five, so his technical capabilities aid the gang in capers where some high-tech assistance may be needed. He also uses his rain machine to sink ships that venture too close to his hideout.
The Fiendish Five. The Fiendish Five stole the Thievious Racoonus when Sly was just a boy, and killed his father while they were at it. Fortunately, with the help of his gang, Sly is able to track them down.
Yes. At the end of "Sly 3 Honour Among Thieves", Bentley spies Sly and Carmelita holding hands and looking dreamily into each others eyes. Sly then turns around, spots Bentley and gives him a secretive wink!
Eight. These are Sly, Bentley, Murray, Guru, Penelope, Panda King, Dimitri and Carmelita. They are also the only characters that you can play in the entire trilogy.
Six. There is the time when you fight the monster as Sly, then a DIFFERENT time as Carmelita, then the underwater monster as Dimitri, then the flying whale monster as Sly in his Biplane, and finally his spider machine as Sly AND Carmelita. The question is about how many TIMES not how many BATTLES.
In "Sly 3 Honour Among Thieves", who do you fight the exact same battle with as you did in a previous game in the trilogy? | The "Sly Cooper" Trilogy
|
Panda King. You have to defeat Panda King by destroying part of his life while he attacks you with the same weapons as before, then when he bellyflops you, you must select the choice "Make him sad" to defeat him. Muggshot fights a different battle with you, Dimitri doesn't fight you at all and Jean Bison isn't even in the game.
Nine. If you got this one wrong, it's probably because you forgot the prologue episode. The other episodes are "The Black Chateau", "A Starry Eyed Encounter", "The Predator Awakens", "Jailbreak", "A Tangled Web", "He Who Tames the Iron Horses", "Menace in the North, eh?" and "Anatomy for Disaster".
In "Sly 2 Band of Thieves", how was Sly MEANT to stop Jean Bison from completing the log rolling competition? | The "Sly Cooper" Trilogy
|
Greasing the logs. In the mission briefing, Bentley mentioned that Sly was in charge of greasing the logs. However, they were forced to take the judges' places and give Jean Bison a 0 out of 10.
The Contessa. She is given the eyes of Clockwerk when the Klaww gang divides it up. Arpeggio is member of the gang but it is not a secret, it is well known that he is the brains behind them.
In "Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus", where is the friend of Bentley's, who sends him a cinematic of them, from? | The "Sly Cooper" Trilogy
|
Japan. This short film is sent to Bentley after Clockwerk is destroyed. It shows the time when Sly steals his file from Carmelita.
In "Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus", how many named characters are encountered throughout the whole game? | The "Sly Cooper" Trilogy
|
Nine. The only named people in the game are Sly, Bentley, Murray, Sir Raleigh, Muggshot, Mz Ruby, Panda King, Clockwerk and Carmelita. Although there are many other people, their names are never mentioned.
In "Sly Cooper and the Thievius Racoonnus", what is the name of the Panda King's new firework technique that he tries to destroy Sly with? | The "Sly Cooper" Trilogy
|
Flame Fu. These are large balls of flame that the Panda King throws out of his hands. He also uses Fiery Wrath, Palms of Thunder, Homing Chop and a bellyflop against you, but Flame Fu is the new one.
Now take the first letter of each of the first nine answers to spell out the name of a character from "Sly 2". What is the correct answer? | "Sly Cooper" - Spell It Out (PS2)
|
Jean Bison. Jean Bison is a buffalo from Canada. He was frozen for several hundred years, and was thawed out to our day. He has stolen some Clockwerk parts, which run his "Iron Horses", or his trains.
No. The Guru never says anything, but just makes a lot of babbling noises. The gang understands what he says, but we never get words on the screen so we can see what he is saying. The Guru is a purple koala from Australia who specialized in "Dream Time."
Sauce. The guard claims that his mom's pasta sauce is so good, he wants to be buried in it. Sly can't get it out of his mind. He can't see how pasta sauce could be so good. He keeps bugging Bentley about stopping for a bite to eat to see what the big deal is about Italian sauce.
Neyla. Constable Neyla is Inspector Carmelita's partner in crime. Neyla turns on Carmelita and works with Sly and the gang, and turns on them to work with Carmelita again, but is against Carmelita AND Sly and the gang to become Clockwerk herself. She named herself Clockla.
Eels. Eels have been put in the water to prevent intruders from breaking in. In this level, Constable Neyla and Contessa get into a war, and you must try to stop them AND get to the Clockwerk eyes. The eels are electric eels, so you will die when you hit the water, instead of just taking damage like normal.
Constable. Constable Neyla is Carmelita's helper during the second game. She acts as though she is on Carmelita's side, but is really on Sly's side. However, she is on neither one of the sides, and tries to become Clockwerk herself, naming herself Clockla.
Elevator. You hide on top of the elevator, where you can get a good view of him and be able to listen to him. He poisoned his helper at lunch, so he died. He gave absolutely no thought to this poor elephant's wife and kids, and simply told the janitor to clean up the mess.
LeFwee. LeFwee is the main enemy in this level. He is a mean pirate who has captured Penelope. You must get Bentley's love back for him in this level!
Blimp. The final level of "Sly 2" is completed on Arpeggio's blimp. You stow away on it without his knowledge, so you can defeat him and his evil plans. You never do fight him, though. He dies in the level.
Ten. In the final level with Dr. M, in order to retrieve Sly's cane, the Guru must take ten sharks over using Dream Time. He is the only member of the gang without metal, so he is the one to destroy the giant magnetic platform. He uses sharks to do so. He takes control of shark after shark, having the other sharks he already has taken over follow him, and he has them furiously attack the platform until it is destroyed.
None of these. You only fight Black Baron once, on the tip of a huge plane. The Black Baron cheats, and once you defeat his plane in the Ace Finals, a larger plane comes below him and he drops on. He claims it isn't cheating, because the competition is supposed to be of lasting in the air, not in your plane. Sly finally beats him, and he turns out to be Penelope!
