t. Midway through the episode, Mike and Nessa were outside the Montecito when they noticed a beaten Ben Pearce pushed out of a car. They rushed over to him while Nessa demanded someone call for help. Mike took Ben to a room where Ben said the person who attacked him was one of his creditors.

He then introduced him to Nessa and claimed he considered her one of the best Poker players in the world. Nessa was seen giving Ben crucial tips on being victorious at the card game.

Ed Deline. Near the end of the episode, Ed spoke with a waiter named Billy and ran a hypothetical question by him. He asked him that, if he called for a cocktail, would Billy then bring it to his office on a tray or cart. Billy responded that it would be a tray so Ed stated he knew Billy was not following that regulation and knew that Billy's screwing up involved robbing the casino.

Sam Marquez. Near the end of the episode, a show which had previously been canceled was rescheduled and it commenced at a special room inside the Montecito. Sam was there and went over to Ed to ask how the show managed to be put back on the schedule. Ed said he pulled it off and originally told Sam how he did it but then informed her he was sworn to secrecy.
