They showed him their identification and Danny noted that one of the women was named Terri and, on her identification, it said she was from Tulsa. The I.D. also stated that Terri was 28 years old. Danny asked Terri if it was usual for women, in Tulsa, to take pictures at the Department of Motor Vehicles in their swimsuits. Terri just blushed and did not respond to Danny's question. Danny told the women to enjoy the pool area but to not gamble.

Right after the opening credits, who spoke to Danny about some bizarre guests at the Montecito?
Mike Cannon. Danny spoke to Mike to get clues to find the person who attacked Delinda. Mike gave Danny some information about some guests that had a bizarre attitude, such as how they stayed at the Montecito, that week, for the engineering convention but that convention took place the week prior. Danny stated that the guests might have gotten the dates screwed up but Mike replied that they were from M.I.T. and nobody at M.I.T. screwed up dates. Mike knew this since he graduated from M.I.T. Mike informed Danny that what made these guests really strange was how they would not allow anyone to touch their bags.

Ed was the first one to catch Delinda's attacker, via security footage.
    f. Ed and Danny reviewed security footage, from the night Delinda was attacked, and Danny noticed Delinda's attacker on the security tape. On the tape, the attacker was shown harassing Delinda and taking her to his room. Ed wanted to know who put the surveillance camera, in that location, since it was hard to identify the man. Danny responded that the attacker wore a wig so it was all the camera could make out, no matter where it was located. Ed still told Danny to redo the locations of the security camera at the location where the attacker first encountered Delinda.

The license plate of the man who nearly raped an employee of the Montecito was from Nevada.
    t. Ed and Danny continued to look at security footage, of Delinda's attack, and they came across footage of where the attacker took Delinda out of his car. When the camera zoomed in on the license plate, you could see that it was a Nevada plate. The footage showed Delinda successfully fight off her attacker and, in the middle of the attack, she tore off his wig.

Right after the attacker was identified, he first made his move on which person?
Sam Marquez. Through the security camera, Ed and Danny were able to identify the man who attacked Delinda. In the next scene, the attacker was shown, at the Montecito pool, and he saw Sam relaxing and reading. He approached Sam and had drugs in his hand, which he was prepared to use on Sam. He talked, to Sam, but she made it clear she was not interested in him. As Sam got up to leave, he told her she forgot her water battle and, right before this, he slipped the drugs in her water bottle. However, Sam threw the bottle in the garbage can so she was not drugged or attacked by the attacker.
