    New England. The Patriots ran away with the division. They finished 14-2, 4 games ahead of 2nd place Miami. They had the best record in the NFL.

Who won the AFC South?
    Indianapolis. The Colts (12-4) finished tied with Tennessee, but they won the division.

Who won the AFC North?
    Baltimore. The Ravens (10-6) finished 2 games ahead of Cincinnati.

Who won the AFC West?
    Kansas City. The Chiefs (13-3) finished 3 games ahead of 2nd place Denver.

Who were the 2 wildcard teams in the AFC?
    Tennessee & Denver. Tennessee (12-4) and Denver (10-6) won the 2 wildcards in the AFC.

Who won the NFC East?
    Philadelphia. The Eagles (12-4) finished 2 games ahead of 2nd place Dallas. They tied for the best record in the NFC with St Louis, but the Eagles had home field advantage.

Who won the NFC South?
    Carolina. The Panthers (11-5) finished 3 games ahead of 2nd place New Orleans.

Who won the NFC North?
    Green Bay. The Packers (10-6) finished a game ahead of 2nd place Minnesota.

Who won the NFC West?
    St. Louis. The Rams (12-4) finished 2 games ahead of 2nd place Seattle.

Who were the two wildcard teams in the NFC?
    Dallas & Seattle. Dallas (10-6) and Seattle (10-6) were the 2 wildcard teams in the NFC.

Who had the #1 seed in the AFC?
    New England. The Patiots (14-2) finished a game ahead of the Chiefs for home field advantage in the AFC.

Who was the #1 seed in the NFC?
    Philadelphia. The Eagles (12-4) and the Rams (12-4) were 1 game ahead of the Panthers for the best record in the NFC, but it was the Eagles that got the tie breacker over the Rams.

What team did the Arizona Cardinals beat in the last game of the season to knock them out of the playoffs?
    Minnesota. The Cardinals won on a last second TD to beat the Vikings 18-17, and that knoncked the Vikings out of the playoffs.

How many teams finished tied for the worst record in the NFL?
    4. The Arizona Cardinals, NY Giants, San Diego Chargers, and the Oakland Raiders (losing Super Bowl finalists, previous season), all finished the season at a disappointing 4-12.

How many teams in the NFL had at least a 9-7 record?
    14. The New England Patriots (14-2), Kansas City Chiefs (13-3), Indianapolis Colts (12-4), Philadelphia Eagles (12-4), St. Louis Rams (12-4), Tennessee Titans (12-4), Carolina Panthers (11-5), Miami Dolphins (10-6), Baltimore Ravens (10-6), Denver Broncos (10-6), Seattle Seahawks (10-6), Green Bay Packers (10-6), and the Minnesota Vikings (9-7), all finished above .500 for the year. Minnesota and Miami were the only teams of them to not make the playoffs.
