Red. Each time they lit one of the tube lights, the color emanating was red. Only one tube was green, and it was the one they sent down from the Sacrificial Chamber. It was not one of the ones they used to light their way.

Penguin. Graeme is off exploring and taking pictures of himself. Then, he hears something with him in the cabin, and Alexa pops in and scares him. Soon afterward, a little penguin makes an appearance. From the animal's size, appearance, and location it could have been a Gentoo or an Adelie penguin.

Rainier and Whitney are both in the 14,000 feet range, and both are American mountains. Alexa said her father wouldn't stop and they reached the top. She said she her first drink of champagne at 14,400 feet. On the way back down her father died from a pulmonary embolism 20 minutes from the base.

What set off the 10 minutes intervals of pyramid shift?

Removing the weapons from the sarcophagus. Sebastian warns them as the second weapon is being lifted up, because he hears the pressure switches and knows what it means. But, Maxwell grabs the last one anyway, setting off a chain reaction of shutting doors. Ten minutes later, after the first shift, Sebastian figures out that ten is the significant number and that every ten minutes they can expect a shift in the walls and floors. Colin Salmon (Maxwell Stafford) played the character One in the first "Resident Evil" movie. One met a slice and dice ending in that movie.

After the pyramid doors seal shut, which group member is the first killed by the Predator warrior?

Stone. The warriors want their weapons back. One of the gang is carrying two weapons and the other weapon is in someone else's pack. The Predator sends down a wire noose and pulls Stone up off the floor. The group starts panicking and then the first shift begins.

Who suggested that the crew members were rats in a maze?

Graeme. After the first shift occurred, Quinn and Graeme are alone. They discuss their children and when the walls move for a second time, Graeme informs Quinn of this observance. The maze was intended for the Aliens, but in this case the crew was hoping to find their way out as well. Ewen Bremner played Graeme Miller. He can also be seen in "Judge Dredd", "Snatch", "The Rundown" and "Around the World in 80 Days".

Who saves Alexa from being killed by one of the Predator warriors?

Alien soldier. Alexa was carrying one of the weapons and the Predator was just about to kill her for it when one of the Alien soldiers spikes him, much like Bishop and the queen in "Aliens". At this point in "AVP" the Alien queen was still imprisoned and unable to move freely. After the first Predator warrior death, a second warrior battles this Alien and also loses his life. This leaves only the hero Predator remaining.

Why did the hero Predator (Scar) kill Weyland?

Weyland set him on fire. Our hero could see Weyland's lung disease and viewed him as no threat. So, the hero dropped Weyland and walked past to get to Alexa, who was holding the weapon he needed. Weyland was not happy to be disregarded, so he used a lit flare and his inhaler to send a fire ball at the Predator warrior. The warrior hero turned back to Weyland and put his arm spikes through the man. Ian Whyte played the hero Predator, Scar.

At the end we see Scar experience a chest burster, or baby Alien. Was that baby an Alien/Predator hybrid?

Y. Poor Scar! His death wasn't even dignified. The face huggers and chest bursters sure had a shorter time frame of turn over than in the original "Alien" movie. In the original it appeared to take awhile, maybe 24 or 48 hours, for the baby Aliens to burst through. In "AVP" it seemed to be only a few minutes for humans, and several hours for the Predator.
