Because she thought she was destined to be evil. Morgan believed that because her father was so evil, that she was destined to follow in his footsteps and she didn't want to end up hurting Hunter.

Why did Killian go to Widow's Vale?

Because Morgan sent him a message. Morgan had sent Killian a witch message during her visit with Eoife. They went for some food and Morgan told him that his father was her father, too. After a little while he accepted it and then vanished, but showed up again the next day.

Whiskey sour. Morgan got a whiskey sour, because that's what her mom drank. She ended up downing three and got completely wasted. Killian spelled her so that she'd be sober enough to drive. Then it wore off when she got home.

Ciaran and Morgan turned into wolves and soon she forgot who she even was. Morgan was loving the new feeling of being a wolf, and then she smelled prey.

Hunter. Morgan tracked Hunter down and was conducting a plan to attack when Hunter realized that it was Morgan. He bared his throat for her and said "Your choice." She suddenly remembered who she was and that she was about to kill Hunter. She thought, "I choose good" and began to transform into a human again, but not before Ciaran tried to attack Hunter and Morgan stopped him by using his true name.
