What are Part One and Part Two called?

"The Belt of Deltora" and "Under the Shadow".. That is fitting because the beginning deals with the Belt of Deltora and the end deals with people living under the shadow.

Which of these, if it happened, would surely mean the end of the quest?

The belt being destroyed.. If Barda was killed, Leif would be sad, but the quest would not be certainly doomed. Leif's sword was not an essential item to the quest's completion. If Doom went crazy, it wouldn't matter overall. The belt, however, is essential in the quest to drive the Shadow Lord from Deltora.

How many brothers did Gorl have?

Two.. He killed them to receive the Nectar of Life.

What was Endon and Jarrod's secret code?

EL was to be disregarded.. They used it to get out of taking medicine, escaping Prandine, and, at the end, saving the kingdom.

What is Jasmine's blackbird called?

Kree. He is the blackbird with human intelligence who helps out a lot.

An apple tree.. They find an old, bent apple tree and enjoy the illegal fruit.
