When does Lyra get the lost caged daemon free and who helps her?

During the fire drill and Kaisa. During the fire drill Roger, Lyra and Billy Costa (a gyptian boy who was Lyra's friend in Oxford) go off to explore. They come across a suspicious building and Kaisa, who had followed them, helps to get all the daemons who had been cut away from their humans to escape. Then Serafina Pekkala's witch clan realised what the people at Bolvanger really did and helped the children to escape.

What kind of tea does Mrs. Coulter give Lyra after rescuing her from under the guillotine?

Camomile. Some men catches Lyra eavesdropping on their conversation on cutting children away from daemons. Silvertongue. When Lyra tells Iorek that he has to fight Iofur, Iorek tells him that is all he wanted to do. He thought it was impossible to trick a bear and showed her so but it is obvious that Iofur was tricked by Lyra and he named her Silvertongue.

She doesn't realise then that she hadn't actually rescued Rodger but betrayed him and brought to Lord Asriel the one thing he needed to compete his bridge to the other world-a phenomenal burst of energy.
