    24. Three humans each on Apollo 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 orbited the Moon. Apollo's 8, 10 and 13 did not send anyone down to the Moon's surface. However, Cernan, Lovell and Young each navigated the Moon on two different Apollo missions - making the total 24.
