    Kenneth Branagh. This film should not be missed if you like the classics.

    Richard Harris. Mr. Laughton played King Henry in 'The Private Life of Henry VIII', 1933, Mr. Shaw played him in 'A Man for All Seasons', 1966, Mr. Burton was Henry in 'Anne of One Thousand Days', 1969.

    Richard Harris. King was King Arthur of 'Camelot', 1967, and was Emperor Marcus Aurelius in 'Gladiator', 2000.

    Richard Burton. Mr. Burton was a very good Antony and I like the film even though the critics didn't. Of course it was 'Cleopatra'.

    Peter O'Toole. Remake of an older version. Mr. O'Toole was nominated for best actor but didn't win. Wonderful performance. Film is 'Goodbye Mr Chips', 1969.

Who played Hamlet in a 1948 film of the same name?
    Laurence Olivier. This version of 'Hamlet' won several Oscars that year, and they were well-deserved.

Who gave an Oscar winning performance as Sir Thomas More in 'A Man for All Seasons', 1966?
    Paul Scofield. Sir Thomas More was executed by King Henry VIII, who was played in this one by Robert Shaw.

Who played martyred Archbishop Thomas Becket?
    Richard Burton. Good historical film with Peter O'Toole as co-star. Film was 'Becket', 1964.
