Inkweaver. Fenoglio is known as Inkweaver, Mo is known as Silvertongue, and Farid thinks of Orpheus as Cheeseface.

I'm a character that was read out of "Tales of the Arabian Nights" and I'm very fond of Meggie. Who am I?

Farid. Farid is a character with a talent for stealing; he has a soft spot for Meggie and is devoted to Dustfinger.

I am "The Black Prince". I am a secretive champion of the poor, but how am I related to Dustfinger?

he isn't; Dustfinger was his best friend from long ago. "The Black Prince" is always accompanied by a black bear and was friends with Dustfinger before he left 'Inkheart'. He is a master knife-thrower.

I am "The Laughing Prince", father of Cosimo the Fair; what am I also known as?

The Prince of Sighs. He is the father of Cosimo the Fair and he is known as "the Prince of Sighs". The Adderhead is known as "the Silver Prince". The Piper is known as "Silvernose". Mortola, Capricorn's mother, is known as "the Magpie".

Dustfinger. "The Motley Folk" is a band that Dustfinger was in while he was in the Inkworld.

I'm a character who is very disliked by Meggie and Dustfinger. Dustfinger got the scars on his face from me. Who am I?

Basta. Basta is a very superstitious and cruel character. He is in love with his knife and escapes in "Inkheart" and returns in "Inkspell" to have his revenge on Mo, Meggie, and Dustfinger.

Meggie. Meggie is the daughter of Mo who can read characters out of stories. She has inherited this ability from her father but now she is trapped in a story with Farid and Fenoglio in "Inkspell".

Capricorn. Capricorn was an evil character who led a group of fire-raisers. He was destroyed by Mo so now Mortola is seeking revenge.

Violante. Violante is the daughter of the Adderhead and her deceased husband was Cosimo the Fair.

I am the person who looked after Dustfinger. I work at the infirmary. Who am I?

The Barn Owl. The Barn Owl was a physician who worked at the infirmary in Argenta.

It was rumoured that I was in love with Resa but she was married to Mo. Who am I?

Dustfinger. When Resa was in Capricorn's village she always helped him.

I am a character who wasn't one of Capricorn's fire-raisers. Who am I?

Mo. Mo is a character that has read characters such as Farid out of books and wasn't allied with Capricorn. Capricorn has held Mo prisoner.
