    Jack and Rosa. They met in 1964 at a dancing club in Cloudland. Jack found courage to ask Rosa to dance and that was the start of their romance.

When was John born?
    27 June 1970. Bernadette was the first child born in 1967. Carmel was born in 1969, and John was born in 1970.

Which one of these following places did John work at?
    Basil's Fruit Shop in Arana Hills. John's parents had been faithful customers at Basil's Fruit Shop, so it was easy for John to work there. The job he hated most was sorting the rotten potatoes. He was paid two dollars an hour to work there, plus a slice of pizza. He was so polite to the customers and they kept coming back to buy fruit and to talk to John.

What religion did John and his family believe in?
    Catholicism. His family strongly believed in this religion and would go to church most days and teach it. Their middle names also derived from this religion.

Which sport did John first take a liking to when he was young?
    Cricket. Yes, he did love playing cricket when he was young. He used to hit a cricket ball in a sock, suspended by a piece of string. It was a sport that many people thought he was great at and could've become famous at.

Which primary school did John attend?
    St William's. This school stood beside the local church. This is the school where he made great friends, and where he represented his school in many sports.

When John was seven, John played his first game of which sport?
    Rugby Union. John played against the Kenmore Bears at GPS oval in the Under 8 B's. In the end, John scored a try and his team won 18-0.

Which high school did John attend?
    Marist Brothers. A school which John settled into very well. This is where he did some bad things but he also started to represent the school in Rugby Union and Cricket.

In the Under 10 A's, John had the chance to win the game but didn't. What was his chance to win the game?
    A penalty goal attempt, 25 metres from the opponent's try line. This game was against Nudgee and the score was 6-4. The attempt at the goal missed and went to the right of the goal posts.

Which two cricketers did he meet at a carnival, both of which he would know very well later in life?
    Jason Little and Tim Horan. Jason was the fast bowler and Tim was the wicket keeper. When John played these two he scored more than 40. From there the three have become great friends on and off the field.
