In some productions the pairs return to their original lovers, in other productions the people are paired with their new lovers. In the two productions I've seen the ending is left open and therefore Fiordiligi ends up with no one.

All of these (Count Almaviva, Cherubino, Figaro). Cherubino is in love with every woman, but his favourite is the countess, for whom he sings the famous song "Voi che sapete". He hits on Susanna in act I. Susanna only loves Figaro!

Rosina. The count calls her Rosina in act II. He wants to sooth her after he falsely accused her of committing adultery. In "Il Barbiere di Siviglia" of which the story of "Le Nozze" is a sequel, the Count of Almaviva marries Rosina in the end.
