    Eos. Eos, the Goddess of Dawn, had fallen in love with Tithonus, a mortal prince. They lived happily for many years, but soon, she beggan to tire of Tithonus for he was old and ugly. He shrunk smaller and smaller until finally Eos turned him into cicada out of pity.

    Ilithyia. For those who answered 'Hera' and wondered why it is wrong: The Latin name for Hera is 'Juno' without 'Lucina'!

    Panacea. Thoosa was the mother of Cyclop Polyphemus. Anaxarete, a girl from Cyprys, Aphrodite turned her to stone. Despina is an epithet for multiple goddesses, such as Aphrodite, Demeter, and Persephone.

There is a strange relationship between Antigone and Jocasta. What was Jocasta to Antigone?
    Mother and grandmother. Antigone was Oedipus' daughter by his incestuous relationship with his mother Jocasta, who therefore was Antigone's mother and her grandmother.

    Joygiver. The 'famegiver' was Clio, the 'awakener of desire' was Erato, and the 'lover of dancing' was Terpsichore.

    Clotho, Lachesis, Atropos. Clotho draws the thread from the spindle(the beginning). Lachesis measures the lenth of thread(the middle). Atropos cuts the thread of life(the ending).

Who is the God or Goddess of discord?
    Eris & Eritha & Erida. She was not invited to the wedding of Peleus and Thetis. She went there and threw the famous 'apple of discord' inscribed with the words 'for the fairest'. Hera, Athena and Aphrodite claimed the apple and Paris gave it to Aphrodite. His decision eventually led tothe Trojan War.
