He identified the body, then the dream skipped to his funeral, where Julia, Kimber, Liz, and Sean all gave speeches. When the tried to lower the casket into the ground, it got stuck, and that's when Christian would wake up.

the Carver had raped him. Christian was telling Sean about his dream and Sean was urging him to return to work as a way to get through the trauma of his attack. He gave Christian a "Jungian" interpretation of his dream, telling Christian that he wanted to talk to Sean. Christian took off his sunglasses, looked Sean in the face and said simply, "He raped me." Then Christian watched as Sean's expression turned from hopeful openness to shocked dismay before putting his shades back on and walking off alone.
