During the opening scene consultation with Sean and Christian, Natasha Charles calls Christian a 'lothario' because he wears expensive cologne to attract women. While Sean, on the other hand, wears what?

Old Spice. Natasha asks what is worse than having a bad self image. To which Christian promptly responds "having no self image". Natasha's impressed and says that she wouldn't have expected a lothario like Christian to understand that concept.

When Natasha asks the doctors what it would take to make her a 10, Sean begins by telling her that the pigmentation in her eyes needs work. What does Christian say about her eyes?

That they're spooky. Christian comes right out and tells her that her eyes are spooky. But Natasha isn't offended, she simply thanks him for his honesty and goes on to explain that she was born without sight.

A hockey stick. The hockey stick is an orange Easton Synergy that has been signed by the Tampa Bay Lightning for a price of $350. Sean says it's worth more now because the Lightning won the Stanley Cup.

Citrus Park Elementary School. We see the name clearly on a big sign. Sean stands next to it examining another object, while Julia chastises him for bringing Kimber to Annie's school charity auction.

When Julia goes in for her breast augmentation consultation, what does the doctor say that Julia's 'condition' is called?

Micromastia. The doctor tells Julia that she has micromastia, or small breastedness. Julia says she always considered her breast size average. The doctor tells her that she can go up to a size 'C' or even a 'D' and still keep her natural drop.

When Erika comes to Julia's door and sees her disheveled appearance, Erika agrees with what Matt said Julia looked like. What did Matt tell Erika Julia resembled?

A crack whore. Julia is in pain from her breast surgery and is wearing a gray track suit; her blond hair messy and dirty. When she opens the door to see her mother, Erika tells her that Matt was right and that she did look sort of like a crack whore. Julia tells Erika she can't believe Matt called her and Erika tells Julia that she can't believe Julia didn't call her.

Why does Julia tell Erika she hasn't washed her hair in days?

Because she can't lift up her arms. Along with not being able to wash her hair because she can't lift her arms, Julia tells Erika that she's been eating microwave macaroni and cheese and that if she leaves the garbage out any longer she'll start attracting wild life.

When Erika tells Sean and Christian that Julia got breast implants, Sean is shocked and asks what Julia was thinking. Erika responds by informing them that Matt told her about Sean and Kimber dating. What exact phrase does Erika say Matt used to refer to Kimber?

"Porn Star Barbie". Although Matt didn't appear in this episode, he still had some of the best lines through Erika. Erika tells Sean that the reason Julia got breast implants is because Sean is dating Kimber and that a beautiful woman like Kimber would make any other woman feel inadequate.

Natasha tells Christian that everybody has their own distinct scent. She explains that every scent has three different layers, or notes, as they're called in the perfume business. Name the three notes as Natasha stated them.

Top, middle and base notes. Natasha says that most people are only aware of their top note because it's how they want to be perceived. She explains that the middle note works as a buffer to keep the external highs away from the forbidden lows. She goes on to tell Christian that the forbidden lows are the truths about yourself and that maybe he's afraid of finding out that he's really not as bad a person as he thinks he is.

Sean tells Julia that he likes her new breasts.

False. Near the end of the episode, Julia asks Sean if he likes her new breasts. But, Sean tells her that it's not about what he thinks, it's about how the patient feels about them. Julia gets upset and tells him that she doesn't care what he or anybody else thinks. She then proceeds to go home, has a little too many pills and wine and smashes face first into her balcony window.
