None of the above. As Halo, Marina, and five guards flew down to the hole dug by rats, a rat messenger awaited them. Found in "Sunwing".

Who said-"How about this, I die here, then we'll go together, okay? Into the Tree. We'll end up in exactly the same place. You won't be alone. It's only fair."

Griffin. Griffin told Luna about his "fair" idea. Luna questioned him about the "fair" stuff and Griffin blurted out that it was his fault that she's dead. Found in "Firewing".

Shade. Shade had to try to get a temporary alliance with the owls so they could fight off the Vampyrum Spectrum. Found in "Sunwing".

Marina. Marina asks Shade about the the bands on the island. Quite frankly, Shade doesn't know what she's talking about. Found in "Silverwing".

Who said-"Your life! It's mine anyway. I want it back!"

Luna. After Griffin confessed to Luna about accidently killing her, Luna gets all angry and starts to attack him, bite him, and almost kills him. Found in "Firewing".

Who said-"I must go make my report to the royal assembly. Torture these two until they talk, then send for me."

None of these. While Shade and Marina are held prisioner, the owl ambassador orders the pigeons to torture Shade and Marina until they reveal the whereabouts of the killers. Found in "Silverwing". (If any of you chose Brutus, then you are indirectly correct since Brutus was the one that visited the pigeons roost in the TV series, "Pigeon Court".
