    Aeneas. Jupiter is the king of the gods, Juno is the queen of the gods and Turnus is one of Aeneas' many enemies. Aeneas is the star of this epic, and the poem is even named after him, hence "The Aeneid".

    Anchises. Evander travelled with Aeneas until he died. Aeneas then saw him again when he travelled to the underworld.

    False. Sarpedon is Jupiter's son who died in the battle of Troy.

    Juno. Juno is the queen of the gods and tries to help Turnus whenever she can, although this sometimes annoys the other gods.

Which goddess is helping Aeneas?
    Venus. Juno and Venus are disputing because they are helping opposing sides.

In which book does Aeneas travel to the underworld?
    Book Six. Aeneas sees his father in the underworld.

How many books are there in the Aeneid?
    12. There are twelve books in the "Aeneid" - although this is shorter than the 24 books in the "Iliad".

Whose face is smashed with a rock in Book Ten?
    Thoas. This is mentioned in passing in one of the battle scenes.

Which book begins with a council of the gods, where both Venus and Juno discuss their reasons for protecting the men?
    10. The two goddesses plead their cases and then Jupiter tells them to keep out of mortal affairs.

Who predicted Aeneas' future?
    Cassandra. Cassandra is a well known prophet, who had also predicted the fall of Troy, although no one believed her.
