In the "Pilot" episode, Christian picked up this lovely lady at a bar. The morning after, she asked him for his professional advice on her body.

Kimber Henry. Indeed, Kimber has been a part of Christian's life since the beginning. Funny enough, Kimber was a little reluctant to Dr. Troy, until he revealed he was a plastic surgeon.

In season 3, this lovely lady came in for a consult, wanting liposuction. Out of frustration with being stood up at his wedding, Christian began violently bludgeoning her undesirable body with a lipstick, and spouted out insults.

Abby Mays. Poor Flabby Abby had to endure the brunt of Christian's frustration. Interesting note, Christian did the same thing with Kimber, with the lipstick, in the Pilot episode, minus the violence and insults.

This lovely lady was the naughty nanny Christian hired for baby Wilbur.

Kelly Appleton. Kelly Appleton was later fired for putting Wilbur to sleep with Nyquil. Bad nanny!

This lovely lady asked Christian to turn on "the fountain of youth" for her, which was conveniently located somewhere near her lap.

Dr. Noughton. Dr. Erika Noughton, aka Julia's mother, seduced Christian, for the second time. The first time was at Sean and Julia's wedding.

Christian cheated on Kimber with this lovely lady, though it may not count, since she was pretending to be Kimber.

Colleen Eubanks. Colleen came to Christian for surgery because her husband only wanted to have sex with the Ms. Kimber doll.

Christian and this lovely lady had a major lust-hate relationship during her tenure at McNamara/Troy, until she completely disappeared off the face of "Nip/Tuck."

Grace Santiago. Dr. Grace Santiago was a major character during "Nip/Tuck's" first season, but unfortunately, her character never resurfaced and her disappearance was left unexplained.

This lovely lady was Christian's first sexual partner since his Carver attack.

Kit McGraw. Oddly enough, Detective McGraw was assigned to the Carver case. Even odder than that...well, never mind.

It was the interaction with this lovely "lady" that proved how much of a ladies' man Dr. Troy really is. All it took was a couple of seconds of sex with her and he discovered her deepest, darkest secret.

Ava Moore. Ava Moore was responsible for most of season 2's drama, and even a lot of season 3's drama as well.

Though Christian never had sex with this lovely lady, he did impregnate her with his sperm.

Liz Cruz. Though Liz was pregnant, she aborted it because it was likely to have an abnormality.

This lovely lady always lusted over Christian, and due to a botched surgery, blackmailed him into sleeping with her, but at the last minute, she opted for his friendship; And a lifetime membership at McNamara/Troy.

Mrs. Grubman. Mrs. Grubman was classified as being addicted to plastic surgery, but many times, all she wanted to do was be near Christian.

Christian couldn't arouse this lovely lady, even after he (and Sean, of course) surgically fixed her.

Manya Mabika. Manya, a native from Africa, had a forced female circumcision. Manya Mabika was played by Aisha Taylor.

This lovely lady told Christian they were "a match made in Hell" and has arguably caused Christian the most trouble throughout the show.

Gina Russo. Fortunately for Gina, she opened, alongside Julia, Spa De la Mer, so she is technically an entrepreneur. Unfortunately for Gina, she is HIV+.

This lovely lady was the blind woman Christian dated.

Natasha Charles. Unfortunately, Christian dumped her for Kimber. Natasha Charles was played by Rebecca Gayheart.

Christian had to seduce this lovely lady in order to convince her to switch her exposé from Bobbi Broderick's "botched" surgery to McNamara Troy's pro bono work on Carver victim Naomi Gaines.

Andrea Hall. Andrea Hall also makes a brief appearance on the television set in season 3, when she reports that Christian Troy had been arrested and accused of being the Carver.

This lovely lady is undoubtedly Christian's greatest and briefest conquest, and has been the reason for some of the show's greatest drama, though, it was an off-screen sexual encounter.

Julia. Julia will always be Christian's "the one that got away."

This lovely lady tattooed Christian's name on her body, but misspelled it, much to Christian's dismay.

Kimber. Kimber wasn't too bright towards the beginning of the show, but she soon had the business savvy to invent the Ms. Kimber doll, which made her a multi-millionaire.

This lovely lady turned down Sean's advances, and resisted Christian's, but soon gave in.

Grace. Dr. Grace Santiago desperately tried to resist Christian's charm, but couldn't.
