Joseph. His real name is Joseph, but he can't stand that name, so everybody calls him by his nickname, Jiggy. His nickname is Jiggy because he 'jigs a lot'. He fidgets.

What is the name of Jiggy's best male friend?

Pete Garret. Pete is a bit, shall we say, 'strange'. He's really dirty and disgusting, never has a shower, never cleans his teeth, never does anything in the favour of personal hygiene actually.

What is the name of Jiggy's best female friend?

Angie Mint. Angie is more or less the leader of the group, is very bossy, and lives in the same house as Pete. But they're not related or anything. She is the opposite of Pete, very clean and tidy.

Borderline Way. He moves because his Dad finally gets a job, and that results in him being haunted.

Rocking-horses. His pillow randomly flies at his army of rocking-horses, which sends his Mum ape.

Talcum powder. Jiggy's Dad's talcum powder gets knocked over, which goes everywhere, including on the poltergeist, which reveals its true form.

What noise does Jiggy's poltergeist make?

It hisses. It hisses, which is the noise that most gooses make.

What falls on the psychiatrist's head?

A painting. Jiggy sees it falling, and tries to stop it, but all that happens is that the shrink thinks that Jiggy smashes it over his head.

What is the poltergeist's name?

Hetty. The goose used to be called Hetty.

What do Pete and Jiggy do that embarrasses them?

They go into the Ladies' toilets. They would have gone into the 'Gets' (someone had stolen the 'n'), but it was boarded up as it had been vandalised.

How did Pete and Angie fool their parents into thinking that they were still in?

They put a CD on repeat. Jiggy thought of doing this, but he didn't think that his parents would fall for it.

Strait-jacket suppliers. Jiggy saw his Dad looking for strait-jacket suppliers the morning after Jiggy was attacked and goose droppings covered everything.

A root. The root points to a flowerbed where Hetty needs to be buried to stop pestering Jiggy.

What is written on the front of Jiggy's sweater in fluorescent orange letters?

JIGGY. This is a bit dumb as they are in the shopping centre when it is closed, and no-one is supposed to be there, and there are security cameras. If he was caught on camera, then people wouldn't have to try very hard to work out who it was.

What food does Jiggy's Mum serve at the house-warming party?

Goose. When Jiggy, Pete and Angie see what it is, they all run outside and throw up. Lovely.
