During and just previous to the Immortals' war, (in the book 'Wild Magic') where are Queen Thayet and her children?
    Pirate's Swoop. When Daine gets to Pirate's Swoop the children are there.

King Roald committed suicide.
    t. It looked like a hunting accident but John and his friends knew that he committed suicide, out of grief for his wife, the Queen, who died.

When Jon asked Alanna to marry him, what was her first reply?
    I need time to think about it. She kept saying she needed more time to think about it and when she and John got into a fight she said that she refused to marry him.

Where does Kel come from?
    Mindelan. Kel was born in Mindelan but spent a lot of time in the Yamani Islands.

The sea separating Carthak and Tortall is just a huge lake - you could get around it.
    t. It says in one of the books that it is just a huge inland sea.
