That person was The Undertaker and he was alone. Shane and Vince McMahon watched on gleefully as The Undertaker busted Austin wide open. Later on in an interview, Vince denied any involvement in the assault.

    Gangrel. Towards the end of the match, the lights went out. When the lights came back on, Gangrel was shown knocked out on the arena floor after attempting a bloodbath on Edge. Later on, Debra climbed up on the ring apron and attempted to distract him but Jeff Jarrett accidentally pushed Edge into Debra. When Edge looked over to check on the fallen Debra, Gangrel jumped up and hanged Edge on the rope to allow Jarrett to get the win.

What kind of the match was the WWE Tag Team Championship contested in?
    Handicap Match. This match was a rematch for WWE Tag Team Championship between the Hardy Boyz and the Acolytes. A few weeks prior on "WWE Raw is War", Matt and Jeff defeated Bradshaw and Faarooq to win the titles with a little help from their manager Michael Hayes. With Hayes added to The Hardys' corner this match was now a Handicap Match.

Going into his WWE Hardcore Championship match, Al Snow was acting stranger than usual because of Head. What had happened to Head?
    Head was impaled with a spike.. A few weeks before Prince Albert impaled Head with a metal spike and since then Al Snow had become even more mentally disturbed. This resulted in him begging anyone to beat him senseless and put him out of his misery. The Big Bossman was more than happy to accept the challenge. Snow even brought out the bandaged Head to the ring with the spike still intact. After the match was over, Snow could be smiling despite losing the match while handcuffed to a fence.

How did Stone Cold Steve Austin make The Undertaker bleed?
    He rammed The Undertaker's head into a wall.. Earlier in the night, Austin stated the he would get payback for what The Undertaker did to him. As the Undertaker was walking backstage, Austin attacked him and rammed his head into a wall busting him wide open. Now both men were vulnerable in their First Blood Match later on.

    False. Ken Shamrock and Steve Blackman faced off in an Iron Circle Match. Shamrock and Blackman fought within a circle of cars and the only way to win was for one of them to incapacitate the other.
