Fun Trivia: A : Alias: Quotes

Special Sub-Topic: What Was That Again?

"Thank God. Where've you been? I didn't sleep last night."

Dixon. This was in season 1, "Doppelganger". Dixon said this to Sydney over the telephone after she was captured by the bodyguard who had broken her arm a couple of years before.

"And while I might look at scenarios more strategically than emotionally, you could learn something from my experience."
Jack. This was said to Sydney in "Almost Thirty Years", the season 1 finale, after she received the call from Sark regarding the capture of Will, one of Syd's best friends.

"You leave my mother alone."
Marshall. He said that in "A Higher Echelon" (season 2), when he was being tortured by the unnamed employee of "The Man" (who is later uncovered as Irina Derevko, Syd's mother).

"I'm going to be sitting near Kobe Bryant?"
Francie. "The Prophecy", season 1. Will and Francie are going to go to a Lakers game.

"I'm saying he's going back to work days after his wife was murdered and he's self-medicating."
Vaughn. This was said about Dixon in "Countdown", season 2. Vaughn saw him take some pills after Diane's funeral. He voiced his concern to Sydney.

"I'm tired of referring to him as 'The Man'. I want to know who he is."
Sloane. This was said in season 1, "The Coup". Of course, 'The Man' didn't turn out to be a man at all!

"I'm not really into interior decorating."
jack. Jack said this to Francie when she asked for his opinion on what colour the walls of her new restaurant should be in season 2's "Trust Me". He later suggested red, as "to the Vietnamese and Chinese, the color white means death and bad fortune."

"The pen you keep in your briefcase. It's a Kings pen."
Sydney. Season 1, "The Box Pt 1". Syd and Vaughn were arguing (as usual!) about her wanting to leave SD-6, when she randomly brought up the Kings and the fact that "they're playing the Islanders next week. We should go."

"Thanks for getting back to me so soon. Uh, the thing is, I think I have a problem."
Vaughn. "The Counteragent", season 2. This is when poor Vaughn develops a deadly disease.

"One more thing I'll need to do and I'm sorry for this too."
irina. This was in the season 2 finale, "The Telling". She then elbowed Syd in the face - youch!

Sydney:
"I think spying on your boyfriend generally sets a bad relationship precedent.". "You're a really good friend, you know that?" = Francie. "You take an insane amount of trips." = Will. "What wife? I have no wife." = Vaughn. They were all said in "A Broken Heart", season 1.

Vaughn:
"Eagle Eye, I got the ampule!". "You cannot leave Sark until he's secured!" = Weiss. "Oh, well, I'll assume that's a compliment." = Will. "I need to find your employer." = Sloane. These were all said in "Rendezvous", season 1. This was one of the very few times in season 1 that Vaughn was on a mission.

Sloane:
"Good. Move on to phase two.". "Tell me how to access server 47!" = Sydney. "So congratulations, sir. The Alliance is gone." = Sark. "Don't talk to me." = Dixon. These were all said in "Phase One", season 2. This was the episode that changed everything; the CIA took down the Alliance, we find out it was Sloane's plan, Francie is killed and replaced with the evil Alison Doren, and, of course, Vaughn and Sydney get together, finally!

Jack:
"Failsafe's been activated.". "Dad! What are you doing here?" = Sydney. "I need, like, awesome good news, baby." = McKenas Cole. "He's interrogating Sloane now... maybe killing him. And we're next." = Dixon. These were all said in "The Box (2)", season 1.

Alison Doren (evil Francie):
"They found the bugs.". "Who was the agent?" = Vaughn. "A suit? Yeah, uh one." = Will. "Sloane's with Ahmad Kabir." = Sydney. These were all said in "Firebomb", season 2.
