No. In the book Harry waits for Dudley's gang to leave before he catches up with him and antagonizes him.

Heads of former house elves on the walls. The FIRST time we see the House of Black there are elf heads in cases on the walls going up the stairs. The second time we see the House of Black is when Sirius shows Harry the family tree.

Perkins. Perkins meets them in Mr. Weasley's office. He is out of breath and tells them that the time and place of the hearing has been changed.

A load of waffle. Harry said it sounded like a load of waffle in the book, and Ron called it waffle in the movie. Both times Hermione told them that there was interesting stuff hidden in the waffle.
