Ibsen advised you to go south. After walking a while you meet a young doctor who looks as miserable as he can. "My monster killed my wife, and it's all my fault!" You immediately guess who the pale doctor is, and you have to admit that he isn't exactly innocent. Who is the doctor's wife?
Somewhere in Wessex, England, you run in to a man who looks a bit confused. "I just sold my wife" he says. "My wife and our little girl..." What is his name?
Your search has brought you to London where you meet a little boy. "I just wanted some more porridge, and now they're trying to turn me into a thief!" he says. You ask him if he has seen the white rabbit, and he says he will help you if you know his name. Do you?
The little boy told you to try in another capital, Dublin. So you run away to catch the next ship to Ireland. When you arrive there on the 16th June 1904, a young man comes and asks you to listen to his theory. "I will if you help me" you answer. But since he's never heard of a white rabbit, he doesn't want to tell you about his theory. Can you guess what his theory is about anyway?
Back in London it's Christmas time! You stop to listen to some happy people singing Christmas carols. Behind you stands an angry man who keeps murmuring things like "Humbug!" and "Poor people shouldn't be happy!" You turn around to tell him to shut up, but a little girl tells you not to bother. "He's always angry and doesn't like Christmas. His name is... Oh, I forgot it! Do you know his name?"
After a shortcut by way of Wells' time machine, you find yourself in ancient Greece, right in the middle of the Trojan war. Since your only weapon is a deck of cards you consider it wisest to return to the time machine. On your way back to civilization you think about what you saw. Do you remember who wrote about the Trojan war?
Finally back in 19th century England! When you step out of the time machine you see a woman and a little boy passing by you in a carriage. You try to get her to stop so you can ask her about the rabbit, but she says she is in a hurry. "I'm taking my Linton away from that evil, evil Heathcliff! But try in America, they'll know!" Who was the woman?
When you arrive to America (Boston, to be exact), a little girl stands there to meet you. "I'll soon go away with my mother, but the man with the hand over his heart won't come with us." she says. When you ask her about the rabbit she answers "I know where he is. But I won't tell you unless you guess my name!" Make a guess and finish the search!
The little girl whispered in your ear, "The white rabbit is on board Captain Nemo's ship." Where will you go to look for that elusive white rabbit?
