Fun Trivia : Quizzes : Anagrams : Syn-o-grams 4

Introduction:
"As you may already know, the clue will consist of a phrase in which one word will have the same meaning as the answer, and another word will be spelled from exactly the same letters as the answer. As before, they get progressively more complicated. "

1. These first fifteen clues only have one "syn-o-gram" in them (one word in the clue is a synonym of the answer, and another word in the clue is an anagram of the answer, hence the term "syn-o-gram"). For Example, "The pennies have a scent all their own" would be 'cents', because pennies is a synonym of cents, which is an anagram of scent. Good Luck!
