I do enjoy the simplest and most admired things in life, such as friends, movies, and pizza. But I am also interested in the variety of things our world has to offer. I enjoy writing, reading, and memorizing poems. Along the lines of literature, I also enjoy discovering late 19th, early 20th century folk songs such as Ole Dan Tucker and My Darling Clementine. Some of my favourite books I enjoy discussing, as well as reading 10 times are The Harry Potter Series, The Twilight Series, and The Hunger Games Series, as well as The Canadian Diaries which give me the oppurtunity to learn more of the social history of my country. I consider myself to be an intellectual, no matter how egotistic that may sound, but still love to spend my time outdoors. As I've heard over and over from senile relatives, "You're only young once," and I plan to embrace the oppurtunity. I grow and prosper in a Italian-Canadian family, and take liking to studying the Romantic languages in a hope a may one day embrace them for my own to use. |
