Bio: "This is a constitution we are expounding". My favourite thing in the world is a toss up between constitutional law and James Bond. Most people I know think James Bond is a complete tosser and that constitutional law is the most boring thing on the face of the earth. You Americans get exciting cases like Roe v Wade, but us Australians get stuff like the Crayfish case. If anyone out there actually likes Con law and wishes to discuss implied rights in times of percieved national crisis my door is always open...
