Jet Stream was built on the opposite side of the hill from Log Jammer in 1972. This helped to direct the crowds in more regions of the park as well as reducing queue times for Log Jammer. Jet Stream also featured a double drop channel. At the beginning of the final drop, the flume would split into two channels so two boats could go down at a faster rate. Unfortunately, Six Flags discontinued the use of the double drop channel.
