At the U.S. Army's headquarters, we see a large group of men getting ready for battle. The group includes recruits like Officer Barbrady, Grandpa Marvin, and even Jesus Christ. Two other recruits are Stan's Uncle Jimbo and his friend Ned. They are excited about engaging in military action, with Jimbo even wearing a hat that says "kill em all". Jimbo then expresses his excitement about killing Australians. When Ned corrects him and says they are actually fighting Canadians, Jimbo responds that there is no difference between the two. Mr. Mackey and Mr. Garrison (accompanied by an also-uniformed Mr. Hat) were also part of the newly-assembled troops.

Immediately after Shelley left, the children turn on the TV and watch "The Conan O'Brien Show". This appears to be a fictionalized version of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien", a show hosted by the red-headed comedian which aired between 1993 and 2009 on NBC. Terrance and Phillip joined Conan and Brooke Shields among boos from the audience to talk about their popular yet controversial film. When confronted with the proposition that their humor is "nothing but immature fart jokes", the Canadians responded by farting. Then, Mothers Against Canada stormed the stage with military officials and, through Sheila's leadership, placed Terrance and Phillip under citizen's arrest. Regretting his participation in the ruse, Conan throws himself out the window and falls on a car.

The "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" movie opens with Stan singing about his "quiet mountain town's" natural features, such as animals, white snow, and its rich earth. The song then transitions into the more negative aspects of the town, with the boys eventually describing the fictional Colorado town and the U.S. as a whole as "quiet, little, redneck, Podunk, and white-trash". Sharon (Stan's mom), Kenny, Sheila (Kyle's mom), Kyle, and Cartman also participate in the song. In a reprise of the movie's first song, Chef leads the people of South Park in celebrating the film's happy ending. After Satan goes back to the underworld, the world is restored and South Park is now filled with beautiful flowers and rainbows. Chef then begins singing about how Americans and Canadians have reconciled their differences and Sheila even calls Terrance and Phillip "super sweet". The film then ends with everyone in town singing.

His strategy consists of splitting up the troops into battalions with different code names and missions. The first battalion he mentions is Battalion Five, which quite evidently is made of exclusively Black soldiers. They are designated as the "first attack wave" or "Operation Human Shield" and are expected to suffer heavy losses. Alternatively, Battalion Fourteen is exclusively formed by white soldiers who are asked to follow the first battalion and "try not to get killed". Chef objects to the strategy and asks the commander whether he has heard of the Emancipation Proclamation. Unfazed, the commander responds that he doesn't listen to hip-hop.

After Mothers Against Canada orchestrated the arrest of Terrance and Phillip, the Canadian ambassador gives a speech to the United Nations where he condemns the actions taken by the American government. He then explains that "the entire economy of Canada relies on Terrance and Phillip", and he shows a graph that supports that statement. Other categories in the graph included "snow ball machine", "log industry", "X-Files filming", "tourist industry", and "Dion Fish industry". The American ambassador's response is to curse at his Canadian counterpart and say that Terrance and Phillip will be "put on trial for corrupting America's youth". The diplomats then laugh at how the Canadian ambassador is pronouncing "about".

Stan watches Wendy, the girl that he likes, ice skating as animals around them also look at her. Though no one else can hear him, Stan is singing in his head about how Wendy "gives him butterflies" and "makes his stomach queasy every time she walks by". The best evidence that Stan was telling the truth is that immediately after Wendy greets him, Stan vomits all over her. A variation of the melody, with slightly different lyrics, also plays while Stan looks at Wendy in the school cafeteria and when Gregory and Wendy protest against the execution of Terrance and Phillip.

After confronting Gates about his claims that Windows 98 would be faster and more efficient, the military official decides to shoot Gates in the head. Bill Gates, of course, is the founder of Microsoft. The American businessman made a fortune with his computer systems and then became a philanthropist and writer.

After the Canadian delegation is ridiculed at the United Nations, we see Canadian air force jets being scrambled as they prepare to bomb the U.S. We briefly see Billy Baldwin, Daniel Baldwin, and Alec Baldwin relaxing by their pool right before bombs are dropped on them. Stephen Baldwin, who is also one of the Baldwin brothers, is not mentioned by name but was likely the one who is inside the house when the bombing occurred. Later, a U.S. Army recruitment advertisement reveals that the Canadians had also bombed the Arquette family. The ad also invites people to witness the execution of Terrance and Phillip, which will be held in a U.S.O. show featuring Big Gay Al and Winona Ryder.

Shocked by how often their children are repeating bad words, the South Park PTA asks the school counselor, Mr. Mackey to rehabilitate their children as the mothers rally against the "Terrance and Phillip" movie. The rehabilitation program kicks off with Mr. Mackey singing to motivate the children to stop saying bad words and replace them with less offensive language. An excellent live version of "It's Easy, M'Kay" was performed by Trey Parker and Matt Stone at a special 25th Anniversary Concert in 2022. Parker was moved by how the crowd instantly began to sing along with him after all those years.

When Wendy greets Stan, he pukes all over her, something that would become a running gag in the "South Park" TV show. Another kid called Gregory, who claims to have obtained a 4.0 GPA at his previous school, interrupts and whisks Wendy away from Stan. The next morning at South Park Elementary, many of the children in the class have watched the "Terrance and Phillip" movie and are singing its profanity-filled lyrics. As the children sing, we get to see some of the decorations that Mr. Garrison has presumably set up in the classroom: pictures drawn by the children of life on other planets, a series of numbers, a picture of a fish, and a picture of Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.
