It is a less formal, illegal, guilds of assassins.

Daedra are formidable opponents. Mehrunes Dagon, the Daedric Prince of Destruction, caused the menacing Oblivion gates. Inside the gates, Daedra could also be the toughest opponents to face. Daedroth are also reasonable opponents that you could find in Daedric ruins or Oblivion gates, and Dwemer were the local dwarven race in "Morrowind", before they disappeared many years ago.

Elsweyr is the home province of the Khajiit, and personally I hope there will be a chapter based there, because I love the Khajiit.
