In a flashback, we learn how Vahn's mom died. We also learned that Vahn tried to help her by going to get Drake water, and his father, Val, was attacked when he went after Vahn. Val couldn't use his leg after that.

If you got this wrong, you should have read the instruction manual properly. It says at the bottom of Maya's description paragraph: "Maya wields a type of magic known as the 'Secrets of Kabel'". By the way, Velna, the female villain in "L2:DS", wields the same type of magic, as do the Wicked Crystals in Demiurge Tower. Also, "Heraldry" is a term used for magic in "Star Ocean: The Second Story".

Songi's Seru, Jedo, is actually a Ra-Seru, because it came from a Genesis Tree, but Cort infused Jedo's Egg with the Mist making it a Sim Seru. This means that Jedo became the one and only Sim-Ra-Seru. If the Genesis Tree or the Ra-Seru itself were infused with the Mist, they would die. Only the unborn Ra-Seru within it's Egg can resist the infusion.

12. When Zeto appears at Rim Elm, he brings forth Juggernaut to destroy the wall protecting Rim Elm from the surrounding Mist. What Seru must Vahn fend off as he makes his way to the Genesis Tree to restore peace?

Each gate is labelled either north, south, east or west. To get into Underground Octam, you must choose the right element for each gate. Then you have to use the Star Key to open the bubble in the middle.

The Fury Boost was actually tainted with Jiggle Grass to cause Gala to lose the fight. If you selected Jiggle Grass as your answer, you were wrong. Songi does not 'offer' Gala Jiggle Grass, he sneaks it into the Fury Boost.

28. What does the Seru Mushura most closely resemble?

The Earth Seru Mushura is essentially a spinning tire with arms that uses its spiked body to gauge surrounding enemies, continuing for a set amount of time, even if all targets are defeated.

Hari takes the shape of three babies. They are the prophets of past, present and future. Hari sleeps most of the time, and only wakes up long enough to speak the words of Rem.

What I mean by 'unborn' is that even though the Ra-Seru Eggs were created by the Genesis Trees, no human ever witnessed the Eggs hatching, so no one was ever able to equip them. Jedo, however, did hatch and was equiped by Songi.
