Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In the opening match, Booker T and Scott Steiner teamed up to take on Christian and Test. Who pinned whom?

Answer: Test pinned Scott Steiner

Late in the match Test whipped Steiner into the ropes and Steiner pushed Stacy Keibler off the ring apron by accident as Stacy got up on the apron to have some words with the referee. Test gave Steiner the "Big Boot," and pinned him for the win. It looked like Stacy sprained her ankle when she fell.
2. Who did Chris Nowinski have a match against?

Answer: Maven

This was a very quick match. At one point Nowinski went for a suplex, but Maven landed on his feet and rolled him up from behind for the win.
3. Who did Chris Jericho have as a guest on the "Highlight Reel"?

Answer: Lance Storm

Jericho came to the ring by himself and started bad mouthing New York City. He then took Stone Cold Steve Austin to task for his role in Storm's loss the previous week to Garrison Cade. Jericho asked what kind of general manager would do something like that.

He then introduced Lance Storm as his guest. Storm read a prepared statement taking Austin to task for calling him "Boring" and Storm said that he was an athlete. Austin showed up on the Titan Tron saying "Boring," and said that he was just trying to motivate him.

A couple of people who looked like moving guys came to the ring and started taking apart the "Hi-Lite Reel" set on Austin's orders. Jericho screamed at them and told them they couldn't do that but Austin told Jericho to shut up and called his show "Boring." He then told Jericho and Storm to show him some excitement and said that they would be teaming up against a team that knows something about moving furniture around.

The Dudley Boyz music hit and they came down to the ring.
4. What move did the Dudley Boyz use to defeat Chris Jericho and Lance Storm?

Answer: The "3-D"

Late in the match D-Von got in trouble and Jericho was on the apron and he held D-Von so Storm could hit him but D-Von got out of the way and Jericho got hit instead. When Storm turned around the Dudleys were waiting for him and gave him a "3-D" for the win.
5. Which former WWF Heavyweight Champion teamed with the Hurricane to take on the World Tag Team Champions La Resistance in a non title match?

Answer: Sgt. Slaughter

La Resistance won the match when Rene Dupree hit Slaughter with a Tag Title Belt and pinned him for the win.
6. Stone Cold Steve Austin came to the ring to promote "Wrestlemania X", and unveiled its logo. But that's not all he did. Who did Austin call out to the ring saying he had something for him?

Answer: Mick Foley

Austin called Foley to the ring. Foley backed off thinking that Austin was going to give him a "Stone Cold Stunner," but Austin told him not to worry and that it was not a "Stunner." Rob Van Dam's music hit and he came to the ring along with Tommy Dreamer and the Dudley Boyz.

They were carrying a display case containing the WWE Hardcore Title. Austin put Foley over as one of the greatest and toughest Hardcore champions in history. He then told everyone to direct their attention to the Titan Tron where a music video was played. Set to the song "So Far Away" by Stained, it showed highlights of Foley's WWE career as well as footage of the famous home movie that Foley made back in 1983.

After the video Foley made a speech and thanked everyone. He was not prepared for what happened next.
7. Who made an unexpected appearance at the Mick Foley tribute?

Answer: Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon took a detour from his feud with Mr. America and Zach Gowen on "Smackdown" to make a speech of his own at the tribute to Foley. McMahon told Foley that it was not long ago that they were both on McMahon's private plane and Foley told him that he didn't want anything to do with the WWE anymore. McMahon said he felt like taking the display case and bashing Foley over the head with it but said he was not going to do that and said that he was going to say the two words he was sure everyone was thinking.

In an uncharacteristic show of class, he told him "Thank you" and offered his hand for Foley to shake. Not knowing what McMahon was going to do, Foley slowly brought up his hand and shook hands with him. Foley then gave McMahon a hug and McMahon had a look on his face that showed both that he didn't expect the hug and didn't like it either. Foley then promoted his book tour for his new book "Tietam Brown" and quoted Frosty the Snowman "I'll say goodbye but don't you cry I'll be back again some day." He then gave everyone who was in the ring hugs and left.
8. Shawn Michaels teamed up with Kevin Nash to take on Ric Flair and Randy Orton. Who pinned whom?

Answer: Shawn Michaels pinned Ric Flair

Shawn Michaels pinned Ric Flair for the win after giving him the "Sweet Chin Music." After the match McMahon was shown backstage asking Foley to autograph a copy of his book for him. Orton and Flair walked by and Foley told them "Nice match guys". This made Orton and Flair mad and they both attacked him. Foley fought back but Orton opened the door to a flight of stairs and pushed Foley down them. McMahon said that he needed help and then he said he needed a janitor to pick up the trash, meaning Foley. Ah, now there's the Mr. McMahon we all know and love...or hate.
9. Goldberg faced Rodney Mack in a White Boy Challenge. How much time did it take for Goldberg to destroy Mack?

Answer: 26 seconds

Goldberg defeated Mack with the "Jackhammer" in 26 seconds.
10. In the main event Kane faced Triple H for the World Heavyweight Title. The referee got knocked out in the match. Randy Orton interfered in the match and helped Triple H win. Eric Bischoff showed up at the top of the ramp and ordered Kane to take off his mask. Kane started to remove his mask when Triple H, Randy Orton, and Ric Flair all jumped him. Who ran down to the ring to save him?

Answer: Rob Van Dam

Even though they agreed not to be a team anymore Rob Van Dam ran to the ring and he and Kane cleaned house. Kane raised both of his arms and was going to set the ring posts on fire like he always does but he stopped and put his head down in sadness. Van Dam was sitting down on the mat and the look on his face clearly showed that he didn't want Kane to remove his mask. Kane finally took off his mask but he did so with his back to the camera.

He then turned around and showed his face. His face had black paint on it and it looked like he was going bald.

He then gave Van Dam a "Chokeslam."
