Answer: Alfred Hitchcock

Hitchcock's friend Malcom Fentriss had lost his parrots, and asked AH to help find them for him. AH of course sent for the Three.
2. What was unusual about Mr. Fentriss's parrot Billy Shakespeare?

Answer: He stuttered

An easy one, hence the name of the book. Although this wasn't the only parrot in this book! His dialogue was: "To-to-to be or not to-to-to be, that is the question"!
3. Who actually stole Billy Shakespeare and Little Bo Peep?

Answer: Claude Claudius

The fat man of course!
Mrs. Wagonner was the owner of Little Bo Peep.
4. Hugenay, an international art thief who came into the picture, was of which nationality?

Answer: French

Boy, was he one determined thief! He also appeared in the "Screaming Clock" mystery.
5. Mr. John Silver, the trainer of the parrots, once worked for Claude Claudius.

Answer: True

It was under Mr.Claudius's employ that he came across the Shepherdess picture, which was forth a fortune.

The Ghost-to-ghost hookup told him that the Three were on the lookout for talking parrots, and he managed to get his one before the Three could, and eventually gave it to Hugenay.

Answer: He wasn't even a parrot

Unusual but true all the same. He was actually a Mynah and since they're smarter then parrots, he could recite not only his own lines, but the lines of every other parrot!
8. What was the name of the area in California where the graveyard was located?

Answer: Merita Valley

The exact address was 222B Baker Street, Merita Valley.
9. What object eventually held the Shepherdess painting?

Answer: A lead pipe

The lead pipe was of course the "box without locks"!
10. What happened to Carlos and his Uncle Ramos, the two Mexicans, at the end?

Answer: Mr. Claudius gave them the 1000 dollar award

With that money, Uncle Ramos returned home, and Carlos was introduced to Worthington who gave him a job at the Rent-and-Ride Agency!
