8. Demon Solitaire, also known as Canfield Solitaire, is a game of many variations. In which 'greater' variation is the entire reserve (the Demon cards) visible?

Answer: Superior variation

The inventor of the game, Richard A. Canfield, was a casino owner in Saratoga Springs, New York in the 19th century. One of the ways in which Demon Solitaire differs from other solitaire games is that the foundation card usually differs from game to game. The rainbow version allows one card to be dealt at a time. In the selective game, five cards are dealt right after the reserve, one of which can then become the foundation. Lastly, with the storehouse version, the 'twos' are placed on the foundation before the reserve and tableau are dealt.
