The pagoda in Kew Gardens was completed in 1762 as a surprise gift for Princess Augusta, Dowager Princess of Wales and mother of George III. It was opened to the public in the 1870s but is now closed to public access.

Answer: Rod Laver

Australian Rod Laver (b.1938) won the Grand Slam in 1962 and 1969. He was 4 times Wimbledon champion, won 11 Grand Slam Singles titles and was the first tennis player to earn $1million in prize money.
