Question 1 of 10
1. Being an architect and all can be hard, but in the same retrospect it can be a glorious thing to be able to uncover things. Say for example, gold, hidden treasures, and even, most of the time, missing body pieces. Like your dear friend Jerry Garcia, who is better known for being a part of the Grateful Dead, he too lost a dear body part close and dear to him. What was it? Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. Speaking of whippings, and not the good ones I might add, there have been many unruly, horrible people who seem to have found themselves in power to dictate. And those people seem to ruin lives, even civilizations. One in particular was a participant in Operation Condor, which was a police action that tortured, disappeared, or executed hundreds of thousands of people in South America. And he even helped turn Paraguay into a haven for Nazi war criminals. Who was this "Dick Dastardly" of sorts? Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. Speaking of a chameleon changing its color to match its background, is it true that it's just because they want to do it just for fun? Or could it be false?

Question 4 of 10
4. Mentioning sci-fi gets my mind tingling thinking about this next question: What was the world's first sci-fi story? Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. Now we're coming to the halfway point to tonight's craziness. I guess we should take a break from this, but since I've uncovered an earth shattering message I must let all that is insane fill this question and the rest, for that matter. Where do houseflies prefer to breed? Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. There are always desperate people in desperate times, but one time it was very desperate. Nintendo needed a game quickly after one of its rip-off games flopped. They soon came to create Donkey Kong from this. What was the game that flopped to allow Donkey Kong to rise above most video games? Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. One thing I know they don't know is the answer to this next question: How many skin flakes do you approximately inhale daily? Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. True or false: it's illegal to tie a giraffe to a streetlight or telephone pole, in Atlanta.

Question 9 of 10
9. One thing that won't suffer dire consequences is this question. But it will remind you of a Jeopardy-style question, where you get the answer first but you have to guess the question, instead. Anyway, here it is: Botts dots Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. Finally we've unearthed a hidden treasure so grand that it couldn't have come at a better time than now. Thanks for playing this weird and obscure game for the past hour or so and with it I leave you with this question: Who wasn't in the "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" movie? Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts

Answer: a finger

This apparently happened when Jerry was four years old when him and his brother, Tiff, were splitting wood together. They all of a sudden decided to play the game of "chicken" with the ax. Kind of reminds me of the game of "chicken" we play here: We see how many whippings we can take after refusing to work on the pyramids before crying like a little baby.

Some are so good they never even take a breath of air to gasp.

Answer: Alfredo Stroessner

Stroessner was overthrown in 1989. He eventually fled to Brazil where he remained until his death in 2006. I guess the old saying is right that, "true evil never dies." The only thing evil really does well, to this date, is disguise itself in any form it can, such as a chameleon's color to match its background.
3. Speaking of a chameleon changing its color to match its background, is it true that it's just because they want to do it just for fun? Or could it be false?

Answer: false

In actuality, chameleons don't change to match their backgrounds for fun, but out of fear or from extreme temperatures and light changes. If I think about it hard enough, it's kind of like my ex-wife. Anyway, it's not that hard to imagine the truth about chameleons. It's easier believing that than sci-fi.
4. Mentioning sci-fi gets my mind tingling thinking about this next question: What was the world's first sci-fi story?

Answer: True History

"True History" was about adventures in outer space, in unknown seas, and on the moon. And for some reason everyone in space spoke Greek. As for "The Castaway" it was the first fantasy story, the first book of firsts was "Origins of Ages," and the "Tales of Marvels" was the first book of ghost stories.
5. Now we're coming to the halfway point to tonight's craziness. I guess we should take a break from this, but since I've uncovered an earth shattering message I must let all that is insane fill this question and the rest, for that matter. Where do houseflies prefer to breed?

Answer: the middle of the room

Too bad housewives don't prefer the middle of the room, I guess only those really desperate ones do.
6. There are always desperate people in desperate times, but one time it was very desperate. Nintendo needed a game quickly after one of its rip-off games flopped. They soon came to create Donkey Kong from this. What was the game that flopped to allow Donkey Kong to rise above most video games?

Answer: Radarscope

Donkey Kong was created by Nintendo's staff artist, Shigeru Miyamoto. He had never made a game before, and hated most of the games that were popular at the time. But nobody could hate the popularity of Studio 54. I may be from the 6th century, but I still made sure I got in there. But unfortunately I wasn't on the list. What do they know?
7. One thing I know they don't know is the answer to this next question: How many skin flakes do you approximately inhale daily?

Answer: 700,000

Yeah I inhale that, cancer, and many, many plagues daily, but enough of what I end up sniffing in my home alone, let's move onto a true and false question.
8. True or false: it's illegal to tie a giraffe to a streetlight or telephone pole, in Atlanta.

Answer: true

That's illegal, but dogs are ok. Wow, I had better not bring my pet elephant or else I would have to suffer dire consequences.
9. One thing that won't suffer dire consequences is this question. But it will remind you of a Jeopardy-style question, where you get the answer first but you have to guess the question, instead. Anyway, here it is: Botts dots

Answer: What are the raised-bump reflectors on U.S. roads called?

Elbert Botts invented them.

Answer: Roger Daltrey

Until next time my futuristic friends, I Duffy Dawson the 4th of the 6th century will bid you all sweet ado. Good night and don't let the bed bugs bite, because I know how much they hurt and can infect you. Trust me. Anyway, carry on in a daily routine as I do the same. Even though I wasn't even suppose to be here today! Blast off!
