Answer: Freedom of the City

Similar to a key to the city, a 'freedom of the city' is typically granted to an individual or group that has performed some kind of heroic or incredible act. While the granting of a 'freedom of the city' is a symbolic act today, in medieval times it was an important distinction granted to certain groups to come or leave a town as they pleased.

A 'freedom of the city' may be granted for either a military or civilian honor.

Answer: Prince Carnival
