'Joseph' begins with the narrator talking to a small group of children encouraging them to dream.

She then begins to tell them the story of Joseph and the musical begins.

It is a prominent role in the musical and usually, though not necessarily, played by a female.

Evita does have Ché but he is more a social commentator than narrator.
2. Which song does Norma Desmond sing?

Answer: With One Look

Norma sings this is the first act of "Sunset Boulevard" after she has just met Joe.
She is explaining how the great silent film actors didn't need words.
