They are cousins. In the beginning of each book there is a family tree, that shows all the relationship details, and by the last of the "Cynster" novels, it is quite full, because the wives and children are listed.

It is Scandal, whose real name is Richard. Richard is actually Devil's illegimate half brother. The reason that Honoria thinks Richard did it, was because Tolly was coming to warn Devil someone was going to kill him, because the murderer wants the dukedom. Honoria's first guess is Richard, because she does not know that Richard is illegimate and therefore cannot inherit the dukedom.

Answer: Prudence

Prudence, one of the seven virtues. The middle name is ironic though because Honoria is not prudent, but adventuresome. Her full name is Honora Prudence Anstruther-Wetherby.

Answer: his bedroom

The reader should know this. The aunt's orangery is where they have a heavy make out session, and she gets the full pleasure trip, but he resists, saying he wants her to say yes to his marriage proposal. She says yes (to the proposal) in his bedroom and they make love for the first time there.

In the future, before they are married, they go to her room, but he wants to make love to her as his bride in his room and have those memories of their time together there.

Answer: date of conception for first child

They bet on the conception of the first child, which is kind of crude, because it happens when Devil and Honoria are making love on the balcony, and the cousins can see them (just the shadows though).
