Answer: Shea Ohmsford

Shea Ohmsford was the last person to use them. Par won't be born for several hundred years, Jerle Shannara has been dead for several hundred years, and Allanon uses his mystical blue fire.

2. Amberle is the granddaughter of Eventine Elessedil.

Answer: True

Amberle is the daughter of Aine Elessedil, who in turn is the son of Eventine. He unfortunately died when Amberle was only five.

3. What was the name of the horse Wil and Amberle rode while fleeing the demon-wolves?

Answer: Artaq

Artaq was the black horse that they rode. Arjax and Rataq were names I made up, while Spitter was the horse that Allanon rode.

4. The name of the tree that required Amberle to go on this quest was called the Crysell.

Answer: No

Ellcrys is the name. I split the word into two parts and switched them. This tree is very important because it holds the Forbidding, a wall that separates the realm of banished demons and the Four Lands. Once every 500 years or so, the tree begins to die and needs to be reborn.

Answer: Arion

Arion fell trying to recover the lost battle standard at Halys Cut. The Crown Prince was buried in an unmarked grave with no ceremony. Ander lived, and Aine had died long before any of this ever happened.

Answer: The Reaper was waiting for them, and everyone was dead.

By the time they got to Drey Wood, everyone was already dead. The Reaper knew that this was where they were going. They lost Rin and Kian before they decided it would be best to run away.

Answer: Perk

The boy's name was Perk, and technically he's "almost" a Wing Rider. Flick is Wil's great-uncle, Lauren was the name of one of the Chosen, and Wisp was the obsessive Elf that served Mallenroh.

Answer: He was afraid of the magic.

Wil had come to be afraid of the magic. And yes, he was part Elf and knew how to use them. He'd figured that he didn't have enough Elven blood or his Man blood overpowered what little Elven blood there was in him, but Allanon pointed out that he'd been able to use them early on without difficulty at all.

As for the other one, the rule of the Elfstones are that they can only work for a person if they are willingly given to you, and at that you must be an Elf to use them (hence the name ELFstones).

9. How were the demons able to know of secret information spoken between Allanon and Eventine in private?

Answer: The Changeling disguised itself as Manx, Eventine's dog.

The Changeling disguised itself as Manx, disposing of the real one. Eventine always had his dog with him, and no one suspected the dog was really a demon in disguise. The Changeling eventually met his demise when he tried to kill Eventine, and ended up being overpowered by the old king.

The Reaper never met Allanon, having always been on Wil and Amberle's trail, and wouldn't it have been a little obvious to the Black Watch or the Home Guard if the Dagda Mor was poking around outside a palace window?

10. Why was Wil mad at Allanon in the end?

Answer: Allanon didn't tell him what would happen to Amberle.

Wil was ultimately mad at Allanon because he didn't tell him how the Ellcrys was supposed to be reborn. Wil had figured he and Amberle would always be together. But, well, when there's two girls and one guy, one of the girls have to go. Eventine didn't banish Wil, he was given the impression Amberle was safe before he died. Also, Wil didn't much care for the Elfstones. Lastly, of course the quest didn't fail!
