She liked Will- however, Will already had a girlfriend, Melissa. When Melissa found out, she turned the whole school against Jessica by telling them all that she was a slut.

2. Which character had to go to rehab?

Connor became an alcoholic and had to go to rehab. At rehab he met Alanna, whom he dated for a while.

Before Angel left for Stanford he and Tia broke up. Around that time he also gambled away all the money he had saved up for college.
