In 'I, Robot'. Those laws were used in almost every story about robots for decades.

Jules Verne was a real visionary, but he did not foretell nuclear power, as was stated in the 1954 movie adaptation of his 1870 book.

Along with his 'Tarzan' series. Tarzan actually goes to Pellucidar in one book.
