That is the place Bruno is at when he gets a call from the talent agent about the NBC show 'Medium.' The woman bleaching his anus is Filipino. He gets a call from the talent agent telling him that they are hosting an event relating to the NBC show 'Medium'.

The talent agent hears Bruno giving the lady instructions on how to bleach it. The talent agent then hangs up and asks to playback the tape.
